Lutheran Church of Our Savior music ensembles to perform May 22

On Sunday afternoon, May 22, at 3 p.m., three music ensembles from the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, Rehoboth Beach, will present a concert. These ensembles will be singing and ringing some of their favorite music.

The Praise Band, the Gloria Deo Hand Bell Choir and The Chancel Choir will each be offering selections of sacred music. In addition, there will be congregational hymns for everyone to sing, as well as performances by vocal soloists and instrumentalists playing piano, recorder and organ.

This concert reflects the diversity of music found at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior under the direction of Jerry Birl, the church’s minister of music. He is assisted by Meldene Gruber, director of the Hand Bell Choir and also by Tim Vezzetti, director of the Chancel Choir

The Lutheran Church of Our Savior is located just one block west of Route 1 at 20276 Bay Vista Road, Rehoboth Beach. Everyone is welcome.
