Mandie’s Magical Marketplace expands at Hotel Rodney

Business booming for psychic-medium
June 14, 2017

Business is booming for Mandie’s Magical Marketplace owner Amanda Stadler. So much so that she’s expanding less than a year after opening her shop in the basement of Hotel Rodney, at the corner of Second and Market streets in Lewes.

“I feel so blessed how everything has come together,” she said. “The community support has been amazing. Hard work, positivity and a little magic is what I give credit to for my expansion.”

The extra space allows Stadler to have a private reading office, allowing her store to remain open longer with more convenient hours. She was also able to add an altar for clients to leave offerings and messages for loved ones lost.

Her top sellers continue to be handmade and carved spell candles, and a variety of crystals and stones.

The store is open from noon to 5 p.m., Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday; noon to 7 p.m., Friday; and noon to 8 p.m., Saturday. Readings are available by appointment only.

In addition to her store, Stadler is writing a biography of her life, covering her childhood through today. The book will document the difficulty of living as a psychic-medium. The book is due to be finished in November.

“I have always said my gift is a blessing and a curse,” she said.

Stadler teaches monthly classes on a variety of subjects and hosts a monthly full-moon ritual on Lewes Beach open to anyone.

“Many people who come to my rituals have all different kinds of religion,” she said. “We all come together to get renewed energy and positivity as a group.”
