Margarita Swartz and Robin Rowan join BHHS Gallo Realty

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Gallo Realty recently announced the addition of Margarita Swartz and Robin Rowan to its Lewes sales office.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Swartz came to Philadelphia to pursue her engineering degree at Philadelphia University. Real estate has always been an exciting interest for her, and 20 years ago, she made a career change and never looked back. She said working as a Realtor is a career, not a job.


In 2019, she and her husband John Gill relocated full time to Lewes. Prior to that, they made their home in Skippack, Pa., where Margarita worked from the BHHS Fox and Roach office in Blue Bell, Pa. She is fluent in Spanish and looks forward to serving a diverse clientele; she is particularly passionate about helping her Spanish-speaking clients achieve home ownership.

Rowan has many years of experience in real estate marketing, sales support and administration. She recently received her Delaware license and is ready to hit the ground running. Originally from Boston, Rowan and her husband Greg made Lewes their full-time home in 2020.
