Mark Engberg to sponsor Family Promise event April 1

Family Promise of Southern Delaware announced Mark Engberg, CFP, an independent branch leader and financial consultant with the Charles Schwab & Co. office in Rehoboth Beach, is the signature sponsor of its informational brunch set for 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Saturday, April 1, at American Legion Post 28, Millsboro.

The guest speaker will be Craig Warrington, homeless liaison for Cape Henlopen School District, offering an overview and update on the state of family homelessness in Delaware.

Family Promise of Southern Delaware, one of the newest affiliates of Family Promise Inc., works to prevent and end homelessness for families in Sussex County. Since January 2022, FPSDE has provided financial support to help 35 families in Sussex County from becoming homeless.

The brunch is free, but donations will be accepted.
