Milford native Angela Zielen to dance as Mina in ‘Dracula’ Oct. 26
Milford native Angela Zielen will dance the principal role as Mina in First State Ballet Theatre’s world premiere of “Dracula,” created by award-winning choreographer and frequent FSBT collaborator Viktor Plotnikov.
The performance will be held at 7 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 26, at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes.
Zielen began studying ballet at the age of 9 at First State Academy of Dance in Milford and attended summer intensives at First State Ballet Theatre. She received the Delaware Dance Festival Artistry Award in 2012 and was invited to take the Youth America Grand Prix Finals Master Class. She made her debut as a principal dancer as Aurora in “The Sleeping Beauty” earlier this year.
