Milton Arts Guild to offer Beginning Pastels class Sept. 21

Milton Arts Guild will hold a Beginning Pastels class with local artist C. Mercedes Walls from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 21, at its gallery on Walnut Street in Milton.
This class will introduce students to soft pastels, and they will have hands-on practice during the class. No experience is necessary.
Award-winning artist C. Mercedes Walls lives in Milford and has exhibited at the Biggs Museum of American Art, the Mezzanine Gallery in Wilmington and more arts organizations. She serves as a jurist for art competitions in Delaware and Maryland. She is a member of the Delaware Watercolor Society and the Mispillion Art League.
