Milton Arts Guild online doodles classes continue Aug 17, 24

August 7, 2020

Milton Arts Guild continues What You Can Doodle-Do with Your Doodles from 1 to 3 p.m., Monday, Aug, 17, and Monday, Aug. 24. Registration fee is $15.

Sometimes people just need to carve out a time to think, explore and do more with their interests in art.  Those who have been doodling with the guild will learn what you can do with the patterns they have been collecting. If new to doodling, those who join this class will learn some doodles and be encouraged to incorporate them into larger projects.

Experienced doodlers are asked to bring skills and patterns, learn new patterns and get inspired to create their own project.

Lynda Rae Gannon and Sue Dutton guide participants through the process.

Participants will need cardstock or lightweight cardboard cut into 4” x 4”; five sheets of copy paper 8” x 8”; two pieces of some pretty paper such as wrapping paper or scrapbook paper; one 12x12  piece or two 8.5x11 pieces; fine tip black pens: Microns .03 or .05 recommended or Fine Tip Sharpie; glue stick or tacky glue; shading tool such as a cotton swab or eye makeup sponge; 2 to 3 feet of ribbon or string; eraser; fine-tip colored pens, optional; pencils #2 regular, 4B or 6B for shading is recommended, optional.
