Milton Fire Department recognizes student contest winners

Mariner Middle eighth-grader Aiden Ackaway advanced to the countywide fire prevention essay contest.
Representing Mariner Middle in the countywide fire prevention essay contest is seventh-grader Gage Joseph.
The Milton Fire Department and Ladies Auxiliary recognized students from H.O. Brittingham Elementary, Milton Elementary, Mariner Middle and Delmarva Christian Schools Milton Campus for placing in the fire prevention poster and essay contest. This year, Mariner Middle swept the county contest with winners at each grade level, and two of those students placed at the state level.
