Milton man charged with strangulation

A Milton man faces a strangulation charge after an altercation Oct. 13, police say.

Milton police responded at 12:40 a.m. to a home on Pine Street for a domestic incident. They learned Tyler Graham, 25, allegedly strangled a person in the presence of children. Graham fled the scene before police arrived, but they took him into custody at 7:20 a.m.

He was charged with strangulation and endangering the welfare of a child. Graham was arraigned at Justice of the Peace Court 2, where he was issued a no-contact order and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $11,000 cash bail.
