Mintzer-Cannon engagement announced

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Tyrrell of Lewes, Mr. John Mintzer of Tucson, Ariz., Mr. Frank D. Cannon Jr. (Dan) are pleased to announce the engagement of their children Kristen Marie Mintzer and Frank Daniel Cannon III (Storm). The groom-to-be is also the son of the late Charlotte C. Cannon of Seaford, 

Kristen is a 2008 graduate of Cape Henlopen High School and a graduate of University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She holds a master’s degree in education from Drexel University. Kristen is a teacher of biological sciences at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes.

Storm is a 2004 graduate of Seaford High School and a graduate of Universal Technical Institute. He is the owner of Joe Ben’s Auto Shop in Seaford.

Their wedding will take place Saturday, Oct. 19, at Lewes Canalfront Park. The couple will continue to reside in Lewes.
