Monument Sotheby’s Coastal welcomes experienced agent

Monument Sotheby's International Realty – Coastal Division announced Sterling Townsend has joined the firm as a real estate consultant, serving buyers and sellers throughout Coastal Delaware.

A Delaware resident since 2001, Townsend brings both professional experience and local knowledge to his role. Originally from North Carolina, he understands firsthand the considerations that come with relocating and establishing roots in a new community.

Before entering real estate, Townsend held a leadership position as a clinical engineering manager in the healthcare field. His background managing complex operations and systems sharpened his organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to guide clients through important decisions.

Townsend’s industry designations include Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Townsend has also received multiple awards for sales and customer satisfaction. 

A military veteran and active member of the southern Delaware community, Townsend said service remains central to his approach.
