The Moorings at Lewes earns top team trophy
The Moorings at Lewes has been awarded Springpoint’s prestigious Dream Team Traveling Trophy, recognizing the community’s exceptional teamwork, dedication and excellence in resident care. The award was presented during a ceremony held Aug. 27.
The Dream Team Award is given annually to departments across Springpoint communities that best demonstrate the organization’s mission and values. This year, The Moorings was recognized for achieving two consecutive deficiency-free federal and state annual surveys in both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing — a rare accomplishment in the healthcare field.
Employees, leadership, residents and community members joined the ceremony to celebrate the achievement and highlight the positive impact The Moorings continues to make in the community.
