Being a Dewey Beach property owner with 48-plus years of continuous ownership, I believe I have the historical perspective and judgment to offer some sage advice. It is a well-established fact among professional hiring/recruiting personnel that, “A person’s past performance is the best indicator of their future performance.”
Another appropriate saying that seems to fit this occasion is, “If it isn’t broken , don’t fix it.”
In my opinion both statements apply to Dewey Beach’s upcoming election. Both Gary Persinger and David Moskowitz have served the Dewey community well for many years, and I think all of us have benefitted from their service. There is no doubt that we have lots of past performance to predict Gary and David’s future performance. Voting for Gary Persinger and David Moskowitz is a secure vote for assuring Dewey’s future improvements.
Although there are improvements that could still be done in Dewey, I believe that in all honesty, you would have to admit that life in Dewey is much improved over the past.
Both Gary Persinger and Dave Moskowitz have played a major role in this improvement, so why should you “fix something that isn’t broken?”
Votes for Gary Persinger and David Moskowitz are the best votes for Dewey Beach’s future.
