Mulberry Street Candles moving to the Brush Factory

New Australian-themed collection available now
August 7, 2018

There are some big changes coming to Mulberry Street Candles in Lewes. As of Saturday, Sept. 1, the Third Street shop will close its doors, and Mulberry Street Candles will be exclusively sold at The Brush Factory on Kings Highway. Candles and other products will also be available for purchase online.

An added service will be custom orders for party and group events. No order is too large or small.

Owner Rolanda Leonardo also recently introduced a new collection called Australia.

She collected shells from the beaches of Australia during a recent trip and created four new fragrances – Australian Bush, Australian Bamboo Grass, Golden Wattle, their national flower and Honeysuckle and Jasmine.

She uses all natural soy wax that is non-toxic and completely free of carcinogens. Wicks are made with cotton and free of any metals.

Her candles burn clean and will not leave any soot on the walls or furniture. They also burn evenly and do not leave wax along the sides of the container. If spilled, the wax is easy to clean.

With the all-natural ingredients, Leonardo’s candles typically last twice as long as other store-bought candles, with a 16-ounce candle lasting for 90 to 100 hours. Small tea lights can burn for up to six hours.
