Musulain Toomer crowned new Mrs. Delaware

Newark resident Musulain Toomer, the winner of Mrs. Delaware America, was crowned Aug. 23. Contestants were judged in three categories: Interview, 50 percent; swimsuit, 25 percent; and evening gown, 25 percent. Toomer will represent Delaware and compete for the national title of Mrs. America in January in Las Vegas.
