New agent Sarah Russ joins Coldwell Banker Resort Realty
Coldwell Banker Resort Realty recently announced the addition of Sarah L. Russ to its team of experienced real estate professionals in Lewes.
Russ has lived in Sussex County near the resort areas of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach for more than 26 years, graduating from Cape Henlopen High School and later obtaining her associate degree in elementary education at Delaware Technical and Community College.
She brings a variety of experiences, including over 10 years as a commercial and residential property manager. During the last five years, she worked at Ocean Atlantic Companies with owners and tenants regarding leasing multiple commercial properties owned and managed by the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to Ocean Atlantic, she was director of property management at Severn Management, based in Annapolis, Md.
Russ also has over 18 years of volunteer service with the American Heart Association, which helped her develop relationships with community leaders and political figures in Delaware.
