Northeast Seafood Kitchen launches free cooking demos Sept. 19
Northeast Seafood Kitchen, owned by Matt Haley of SoDel Concepts, begins the second season of cooking workshops at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 19, with head chef Ron Burkle presiding.
The series will highlight dishes and ingredients native to the Northeastern coastline from Delaware to Maine. This month's demos will begin with the first state - Delaware! Acclaimed chef Doug Ruley of Bluecoast restaurant will be the guest chef. Local distributors will be on hand to discuss seasonal product currently available.
As a result of high demand and limited seating, Northeast will be taking reservations for this event. Call the restaurant directly or email info@northeastseafoodkitchen.com. Come early at 4:45 to enjoy a cocktail and chef-prepared light fare.
These free culinary events will be on the third Wednesday of each month throughout the off-season to provide a forum for discussion and education from local chefs. For more information, contact Northeast Seafood Kitchen at 302-537-1785.
