Ocean View Beach Club to unveil coastal villas April 15-17
Ocean View Beach Club recently celebrated its grand opening with the completion of its single-family model court featuring new designs from K. Hovnanian Homes. The community will debut the coastal villas the weekend of April 15-17. The weekend will provide a first look at three fully furnished models of the six townhome-like offerings from K. Hovnanian. Prospective buyers will be first in line to take advantage of large savings on several quick move-in villas they can begin enjoying as soon as this spring.

All villas feature flexible floor plans with 9-foot ceilings and ranging from three to four bedrooms with two-and-a-half or three-and-a half bathrooms and 2,200 to 2,800 square feet of living space, and a two-car garage.
