Paradise Pub holds wings fundraiser for Home of the Brave

Paradise Pub in Long Neck held its first annual Best Wings in Long Neck fundraiser March 24. The fundraiser benefitted the Home of the Brave veterans home in Milford.
Competing for bragging rights and a big trophy were nine restaurants, including AMVETS and American Legion Post 28. The bar was packed with Long Neck Locals, enjoying the variety of wings while voting for their favorites.

The bar was packed throughout the competition.
Home of the Brave rolled out its new motorhome, received with a grant from the Longwood Foundation. The motorhome will be used for outreach to homeless veterans.
