Patrick Carr, 34, of Milton, passed away suddenly Friday, May 31, 2013, at his home.
Patrick was born in Wilmington, Aug. 31, 1978, son of Gregory J. and Theresa Jean (Hood) Carr. He was an avid sports fan.
Patrick was preceded in death by his father, Gregory J. Carr; maternal grandparents, Clyde and Theresa Hood and paternal grandparents, Florence and Joseph Carr. He is survived by his mother Theresa Jean Carr of Milton; a son, Patrick Carr Jr. of Pennsylvania; three brothers, Gregory, Brian and Shawn Carr, all of Milton and a sister, Susan Carr of Pennsylvania.
Services and burial are private.
