Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate opens Bethany Beach office

Patterson-Schwartz has opened an office in Bethany Beach to help support the company’s continued and fast-paced growth in the coastal Delaware region. This is the company’s second new office opening in Sussex County in less than two years. In June 2014 Patterson-Schwartz opened the Rehoboth Beach office on Route 1/Coastal Highway which currently supports 10 highly productive full-time sales associates and continues to represent some of the finest properties in the area.
