Paying tribute to victims of Pulse Nightclub massacre in Orlando, Florida

Gail Launay-TarleckiI of Lewes just returned from a trip to Orlando, Fla., where she attended the International Association of Human Rights Agencies annual conference.

Launay-TarleckiI is chair of the Delaware Human Relations Commission, an anti-discrimination body for the State of Delaware.

She and her fellow commissioners paid tribute to the 49 members of the LGBT community who lost their lives from the Pulse Nightclub massacre.
