Peek-a-Boo Revue to perform burlesque show at Milton Theatre June 14
Which came first, the strip or the tease?
This summer, the Peek-A-Boo Revue attempts to find the answer in “Tease Through Time,” a burlesque odyssey of glamorous delight. Special guest Margot Starlux will light up everyone’s flux capacitors, and host Marlene Merlot is sure to knock their clocks off.
The adults-only pastiche of singing, dancing and comedy will begin at 8 p.m., Friday, June 14, at the Milton Theatre.
Performances blending history, music, and comedy will pass through the hourglass frames of the Boo's sultry performers, as they strip down the best and bawdiest of the decades. Calling all history buffs, modern mavens and future conspiracy theorists – have we got a show for you!
Peek-a-Boo Revue’s stage show blends striptease, comedy, burlesque, and dancing to create a show-stopping and unforgettable performance. Neo-Burlesque combines classic burlesque stylings with a modern twist. Through empowerment and self expression, burlesque has remained popular for decades.
