Peninsula Gallery exhibits now online

April 13, 2020

Peninsula Gallery currently has a solo show by Dane Tilghman. Due to the closure of nonessential businesses, all images are on the gallery website. April and May exhibitions are rescheduled. Every piece of art in the gallery is online, so a virtual showing is available at all times. The exhibition that begins May 30 might also be a virtual show.

Dane Tilghman’s solo exhibition, Depictions of Life during the Jim Crow Era, is showing through April. The May exhibit features Kate Norris mixed media collage, Symbiosis: Art and Nature, showing though June 21. The opening reception is set for 5 to 7 p.m., Saturday, May 30, if the shelter-in-place order is lifted.

Also online is "Evolution," new works by Nina Mickelsen, which is rescheduled for June. Opening reception is planned for Saturday, June 27, and the show runs through July 19.

Go to peninsula-gallery.com to view and purchase work in the gallery.
