Voters have elected incumbent Commissioner Gary Persinger and newcomer Bill Stevens to two-year commissioner terms in the Dewey Beach municipal election.
Persinger had 535 total votes, Stevens had 416 and incumbent Commissioner David Moskowitz had 349.
