Jennifer Stevenson of Pet Tech teaches Pet First Aid & CPR to dedicated pet owners and pet professionals. The staff of Western Sussex Animal Hospital in Bridgeville completed this four-hour training Feb. 12.  Attendees learn the ABCs of pet first aid, CPR, rescue breathing, choking management, bleeding protocols, poisoning, restraint, muzzling, heat and cold injuries, injury assessment and more.

Thom Somes is the founder of Pet Tech in Carlsbad, Calif., the first international training center dedicated to CPR, first aid and care for dogs and cats.  The Pet Tech Pet First Aid programs as seen in Pet Life, Cat Fancy, Dog Fancy and Dog World are available to all pet lovers.  “All pet lovers and pet care professionals should be trained in these life-saving skills,” said Somes.

All classes include hands-on instruction and are taught in a fun, entertaining and educationally useful way. The entire Pet Tech team is dedicated to the health, safety, care and welfare of all pets.  For more information, call Jennifer Stevenson at 302-494-9449 or Jennifer@4yourspot.com.
