Progress is here; people want amenities

December 16, 2025

The lower county of Delaware is changing! It’s not the sleepy area of old; progress is here, and people need and want amenities. They bring their 401Ks and retirement monies to this area, and the area must support their needs.

Other cities already have Costco, Whole Foods and Target stores, so customers will not be coming from New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, etc., to shop here!

This is a good thing for LSD, and with good planning, this can become a reality for all the people living here.
