Randy Merritt Jr. joins First Shore Federal

First Shore Federal Vice President and Chief Lending Officer Nestor Bleech recently announced that Randy Merritt Jr. of Selbyville has joined the firm.

Merritt was formerly sales manager for a regional sales and finance unit and has more than 12 years’ experience in manufactured housing finance. A graduate of Salisbury University and Wor-Wic Community College, he is a member of the First State Manufactured Housing Association board of directors and its industry promotions subcommittee.

Merritt was a 12-time Housing Consultant of the Month for Atlantis Homes and twice was a million-dollar sales achiever for that company.

“We are most pleased to have Mr. Merritt join our team,” said Bleech. “First Shore is very active in manufactured home finance. It is an essential part of the industry that serves Delmarva. He will have a very important role in serving that business and our customers.”
