Raymond L. Loose Sr., U.S. Army veteran

Raymond L. Loose Sr., 68, of Laurel passed away Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019, at his home.  He was born July 1, 1951, in Brush, Colo., son of Jerry Loose and the late Winifred (Lamar) Loose.

Mr. Loose served in the U.S. Army from 1969-70.  In his free time he enjoyed bowling, fishing and riding his Harley.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Loose was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Loose in 2016;  his son, Raymond Loose Jr. in 2002; and his brother and two sisters.  He is survived by his daughter, Tammy Davis (Shon) of Laurel; his grandchildren:  Paul Toomey Jr., Hunter Toomey, Elijah Toomey, and Samantha Loose, all of Laurel, and Rachel Loose of Seaford; his two great-granddaughters; and a sister.

All services will be private with arrangements handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Dodd-Carey Chapel, Georgetown.
