Billy and Paula McGloin recently enjoyed a Rhine River cruise through Switzerland, France, Germany and Amsterdam. The trip included visits to Gothic cathedrals, cruising past majestic castles on the Rhine, a visit to Keukenhof Botanical Gardens during tulip season, museums and incredible cuisine with fine wines and beer. Here they are shown in Amsterdam during its King’s Day celebration. King’s Day is a special holiday celebrated on April 27th each year. It is a day when people come together to celebrate the birthday of King Willem-Alexander, the current king of the Netherlands.
