This past winter, Rob Waters spent a week in Portugal. One especially memorable day took him to Sintra, where he visited the vibrant Pena Palace—a true architectural gem perched atop the Sintra Mountains. With its striking reds and yellows, the palace offered the perfect spot to pause, take in the sweeping views, and catch up on the Gazette, bringing a bit of the Cape Region to his European adventure.
