Realtors Sarah Russ and Melissa Logue earn SRS designation
Sarah Russ and Melissa Logue with Coldwell Banker Premier and the Julie Gritton Team have been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist designation, the premier seller agency designation in the country.
The SRS is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute and is an official credential of the National Association of Realtors. Russ and Logue join an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the SRS designation. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in seller representation, demonstrate significant seller representation experience and expertise, and subscribe to the Realtor Code of Ethics.
For more than 28 years, Russ has lived in Sussex County close to the resort areas of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. She graduated from Cape Henlopen High School and later obtained her associate degree with honors. As a full-time real estate agent, Russ brings years of top-notch customer service dealing with residential and commercial leasing/sales to her clients. She also has gained her Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation, e-Pro Certification, Smart Home Technology Certification and Commercial Real Estate Negotiations Certification, in addition to multiple other certifications. All advanced career designations and certifications she has achieved through extra training and experience meeting high expectations. Russ is also in the process of completing her CCIM course to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member. With local expertise and more than 15 years in the real estate business, Russ holds both Delaware and Maryland real estate licenses.
She enjoys spending free time with family going to the beach, amusement parks, golfing, or just playing cornhole at home with the neighbors. Russ also loves to be part of her community by volunteering for local charities and nonprofits, such as the American Heart Association and local animal shelters.
Logue is a full-time real estate agent who brings years of legal and customer service experience to the team. She is a certified Military Relocation Professional and is in the process of obtaining her CCIM designation to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Logue specializes in commercial and residential real estate. She lived for a few years in Kaiserslautern, Germany and Fort Stewart, Ga., then returned home to Lewes. This experience helps her with relocation for military households, as she has personal experience with her own relocation.
Logue volunteers for the Coldwell Banker Homes for Dogs Project and supports/participates in other fundraisers and events in the community sponsored by Coldwell Banker. Her goal is to provide all home buyers and sellers with professional, responsive and attentive real estate services, and assist any client in the buying and selling process.
