Rehoboth Lions ask for phone directory help

February 20, 2014

It is time to publish the Rehoboth Beach Lions Club Telephone Directory for 2014. The club has gotten comments that many were not listed in the 2013 Directory. Due to the fact that we puchase the directory listing from Verizon, only those that subscribe to Verizon service will be listed. If you have another carrier such as Comcast, AT&T etc. your name will not appear in the directory. If that is the case please notify the Lions Brinckmeyer at lionguyla@aol.com or call 301-227-8752. These numbers will be hand entered in the 2014 directory before the final proofing on March 31.

There is still space for advertisers to be included in the Directory. We welcome all new advertisers. Notify the Brinckmeyers at the above numbers before March 31.

We hand deliver over 9,000 telephone directories each year. This has been the Club's main fund raising event for almost 70 years. These funds are used for eye exams, hearing aids, hospital equipment for the disabled, holiday baskets for the needy, scholarships, Lead Dogs for the blind, among other projects.

We appreciate and thank all our current advertiser and welcome all new advertisers.

Yours in Lionism,

Jack and Guyla Brinckmeyer
