Rotary hosts Center for Inland Bays executive director

The Rehoboth Beach Sunrise Rotary Club recently hosted Christophe Tulou, executive director of the Delaware Center for the Inland Bays, as its guest speaker. He discussed the challenges and opportunities the Cape Region faces with rising water levels and development.
