The family and friends of Thomas Rowland Marshall lll would like to wish him a wonderful 100th birthday Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022.
A retired Delaware Bay and River pilot, Rowland spends most days looking out at the ships coming up and down the bay.
We all wish him a wonderful day and hope for many more for him.
