Clinical Herbalist and Certified Nutritionist Joan Tylecki, MSc, CNS, LDN, of Plant Wisdom Within Herbal Medicine & Holistic Nutrition, will host a course on caffeine and herbal alternatives for starting the day with energy and maintaining it, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 27, at her apothecary and gardens at 18522 Little Goat Lane, Lewes.
Cost for the class, Plant Pick-Me-Ups: Caffeine & Beyond, is $25 per person. Advance ticket purchase is required by Wednesday, Oct. 23.
