Schell Brothers presents Momentum: High Performance-High Activity Event April 21

Schell Brothers, Delaware’s premier builder of new homes in Sussex County, will introduce Momentum: High Performance - High Activity Event. This new home sales event will present customers with an energetic and informative day filled with numerous community activities and will include incentives and high-performance factors.

Momentum: High Performance-High Activity Event is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday April 21, in Schell Brothers communities throughout southern Delaware. Each of the communities' activities will include hands-on demonstrations highlighting how the different high-performance features work and the benefits they provide. Attendees will be able to walk through a home in the framing stage of construction and take a peek behind walls to learn the benefits of Schellter Advanced Building Science techniques that go into each and every home that Schell Brothers builds. Energy Services Group will be a guest presenter and will demonstrate a pressurized blower door test that measures a home’s air exchange rate at one of the communities. Visitors will be able to experience firsthand how a high performance building envelope results in improved comfort and indoor air quality. “Happiness has always been our first concern for our homeowners, so we are proud to be able to showcase home qualities that matter most to them,” said president and owner Chris Schell.

There will be various celebrations at each community, including the release of new phases, model grand openings and newly designed home plans. The uniquely designed Courtyard Models will be open to walk through and tour in select communities.  Along with the community activities, Schell Brothers will also be hosting a drawing for a chance to win a $5,000 travel voucher. Registration will take place in each of the communities during the weekend of Momentum and a winner will be drawn at the end of the month - no purchase necessary to win.
