Sea Air Village, near Rehoboth, is without water.

Rehoboth provides water service to the community. Krys Johnson, city spokeswoman, said the city shut the water off to the Sea Air property at 10 a.m. Sea Air is responsible for the repair and will notify the city when to turn the water back on, she said.

A Sea Air representative declined to comment on the problem.

The cause of the problem and time frame for repair is unknown, said Johnson.

Update: In an email at 4:05 p.m., Thursday, April 6, Johnson said the water had been turned back on.
