SeaScape Property Management collects bikes for local youngsters

December 20, 2025

SeaScape Property Management partnered with residents of its communities for its annual collection of bicycles and helmets for donation to the Toys for Tots program this year.

Thanks to donations from generous residents, SeaScape collected 139 bicycles.

The drive even accepts bikes ordered online, which come unassembled. Volunteering to assemble these bikes are the elves from SeaScape Property Care team, Chip Poole, Brian Aungst, Rick Aydelotte and Tim Setzer. All bikes are loaded onto trucks for delivery to Toys for Tots local warehouses. From there, 139 local children will be provided a new bike and helmet this holiday.

"It is truly amazing to be part of such an amazing community, as we love being a part of Sussex County and all of Delaware this holiday season," said Chris Nichols, SeaScape president. "We not only work in the community, but we live here and truly enjoy giving back to the community that gives us and our employees so much support."
