Kyle Brochet sent us this dramatic image of a shelf cloud May 8 in Rehoboth Beach. “This is a shot I got around 4:30 p.m. over Rehoboth Beach. It’s a shelf cloud with a possible funnel cloud between the Bandstand and the Dolles sign,” he said. Kyle said he’s a storm spotter trained by the National Weather Service. He posts updates, including photos and videos of weather events at facebook.com/Mid-Atlantic-Weather-Alliance.
