Silo Smashers win Henlopen Soccer Club title

The Silo Smashers took an early lead and held off a tough Bayside Interiors squad 7-3 to capture the Henlopen Soccer Club spring season championship June 2 at Milton.
Silo Smashers forward Jordan Rodriguez scored four goals in the contest, while teammates Dylan Henry and Aidan Brobyn tallied two goals and one goal, respectively.
Mathew Hughes scored all three goals for Bayside Interiors.
In the consolation round, Quality Care Home defeated DE Psychological 3-1. Tajear Freeman scored two goals for Quality Care Homes while his teammate Anthony Drummond added one. Zach Brelinsky scored the lone goal for DE Psychological.
