The Delaware Restaurant Association recently announced the appointment of Elizabeth Mantey as its director of communications and marketing, heralding an important step in the organization’s continued growth and strategic evolution.

For decades, the DRA has stood alongside restaurant operators, navigating legislative changes, workforce challenges and economic shifts as they arise. As the hospitality landscape grows more complex, the association is strengthening its communications and advocacy infrastructure to better serve its members and elevate the voice of Delaware’s restaurant community.

In this role, Mantey will lead statewide communications strategy, strengthen member engagement, amplify industry advocacy, and support partnerships across Delaware’s business, tourism and workforce communities.
