Stephan and Co. Salon in the Shops at Seacoast on Route 1 held a ribbon-cutting ceremony sponsored by the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce Oct. 17. Open since July 26 of this year, the salon features hair styling, skin treatments, massage, nail styling botox and fillers.
