Students play March math madness at DCMC

In honor of this month’s NCAA Men’s Division I Basketball Tournament, Delmarva Christian Schools Milton Campus third-grade teacher Allison Workman organized a math-inspired March Madness review game for her basketball-loving students.

After developing a single-elimination bracket, third-graders competed against each other to answer multiplication, division and word problems that covered math skills they have learned this year. Jase Mitchell was named champion after being the first to solve an equivalent fractions problem.
