U.S. Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester gives the keynote address at the ceremony. Blunt Rochester spoke about her life prior to becoming a congresswoman. As she concluded her powerful address, Blunt Rochester said, ”We are only here for one thing, love. To love each other, to love our spirit, to love ourselves. Love, that’s why we are here.”
