Sussex Academy soccer defeats Royals 9-1

Sussex Academy took advantage of Delmarva Christian’s low numbers to wear down and defeat the Royals 9-1 Wednesday, Sept. 11, at Delmarva Christian.
Jackson Dinger, Kyle Berdini and Adison Browne each scored twice for the Seahawks. Michael Daniello, Ryan Burke and Allen Hopler tallied one goal each.
Berdini had two assists in the game. Daniello and Burke each had one helper.
Gabe Herling scored for the Royals with an assist from Gavin Catron.
The Royals will host the Gunston Scholl Friday, Sept. 13, while the Seahawks travel to Polytech Tuesday, Sept. 17.
