Included on the agenda is a zoning change application from AR-1, agricultural-residential, to C-2, medium commercial district, filed by Plantation Partners LLC for an 11.5-acre parcel on the southwest side of Plantation Road and the southeast side of Cedar Grove Road between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach.
