Sussex should deny Evans Farm proposal

May 4, 2021

I am writing this letter about opposing the Evans Farm apartments they want to put up. I was born and raised in Long Island, N.Y., and Long Island used to be just like Delaware.

Now there is so much congestion, roads are horrible to drive on, taxes are so high. That is why my husband and I retired and moved down here to this beautiful state. People don’t realize what they are doing when they keep on building and building. I understand some building of things but this is too much, too fast. Everybody should go to New York and then they will realize what they are doing to their state. Please, I hope this project gets shut down.
