Sussex using more detailed public hearing notice signs

The Sussex County Planning & Zoning Department has started using new, larger public hearing notice signs that contain more information. The signs include a description of the application, a map and a QR code for residents to use their smartphones to access the applications file in the planning & zoning office. The county posts notices for most land-use applications, including subdivisions, rezonings and conditional uses.
