Swim with otters raffle ticket drawing set June 5

The Lord Baltimore Lions Club will hold a drawing for its Coastal Wild prizes during its Wednesday, June 5 meeting at Mac’s Catering in Millville.

Coastal Wilds, located near Frankford, was formerly known as Barn Hill Preserve.

This year’s first prize is two tickets to swim with the otters. Second prize is an animal encounter. Third prize is a kangaroo yoga/walkabout.

Thanks go to G&E Market and Hocker’s Market for allowing Lions to sell these raffle tickets from February to May at both stores.

Proceeds will go back into the community as scholarships for Indian River High School students and Beebe School of Nursing students, eye exams and glasses for the needy, drug awareness posters for Lord Baltimore Elementary and Selbyville Middle schools, a medical equipment program, Beebe Healthcare South Coastal Cancer Center, hunger-relief programs at local food banks, Scout troops 281 and 821, and programs for the homeless.
